Is there a setup fee?
No. No setup fee. We will usually begin with an informal chat, by phone or email, to discuss what you need and how to proceed.
Contract?
Yes, we have a short contract. And I guarantee all my lessons 100%. If there is any issue that we cannot resolve to your satisfaction you will receive a full refund.
What if I need to cancel?
Please give at least 24 hours notice and we can make the lesson another time. With less than 24 hours notice we do have to charge for the class, unfortunately, as it can be difficult at short notice to reschedule the day’s lessons and commitments.

Where are you based?
In North London, and in the City, near Farringdon.
Where are lessons held?I come to your home, or to your workplace, or to a third space if you prefer, or you can come to mine – anywhere really where you feel comfortable to learn; or, of course, online over Skype.
How long is a lesson?The standard is an hour, but I do blocks of up to three hours. This can be useful if you want to invite others to join or if you want to get some intensive work done, say for an exam, or for an interview.
Can I book just one lesson?Yes.
Can I have a discount if I book multiple lessons?Book more than ten in one go and get 10% off. Book more than twenty and this goes up to 20%!
